Holiday Inn Club Vacations Villages Resort At Lake Palestine Flint, Flint

My stay at the resort was filled with disappointment. The check-in process was frustratingly long, and the room I received was not cleaned properly upon arrival. Although the location had potential for a nice getaway, the amenities were lacking, and I didn't find much value for the high price. The positives were the initial reservation upgrade, which provided a spacious area for the two of us and the possibility for a better experience in a different unit.

We made some lovely memories at this resort, especially with the kids enjoying the indoor water park and holiday events. The condo-style room was spacious for our family, but we really needed more seating at the dining table. The cleanliness of the pool was disappointing, and we encountered a few maintenance issues, making it a mixed experience overall.

This resort offers a solid family experience with a variety of activities and decent amenities. While the accommodations are comfortable and enjoyable, a few maintenance issues detract from the overall experience. The organized activities are a big plus, especially for kids, but some areas could use better upkeep. Dining options on-site are convenient, though they could enhance the overall experience with better maintenance in the rooms.
