My stay at the resort was filled with disappointment. The check-in process was frustratingly long, and the room I received was not cleaned properly upon arrival. Although the location had potential for a nice getaway, the amenities were lacking, and I didn't find much value for the high price. The positives were the initial reservation upgrade, which provided a spacious area for the two of us and the possibility for a better experience in a different unit.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the amenities were fantastic, with lots of activities to keep the family entertained, like mini-golf and various pools. On the other hand, the cleanliness of my unit was questionable, especially with spiderwebs everywhere and maintenance issues that took too long to address. Overall, it's a great place for family fun but not the cleanest or most well-maintained.
